Once your order is complete, our shoemakers start their work on made-to-order products. Because of this, we regretfully do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order products except cases where:

* The product is in it's original condition
* The buyer assumes full return shipping costs

In order to prevent dissatisfaction, please let us know in advance if you need a wider shoe. We record the product pictures upon the time of shipping to ensure we send a flawless product and to prevent fraudulent disputes.
