About us

We specialize in custom high heels for women. Elizabeth H shoe collection are made-to-order and customizable.

Important Notice

If the products gets on hold with the customs, it is customer's responsibility to provide us the required details in order to release the package. 

Please help us in delivering your product safely by specifying the following at the time of checkout:

  1. Correct shipping address including Zip Code.  Our shipping partners are not able to deliver to Post Box addresses. So please make sure to mention a deliverable address.
  2. Your contact number so that the courier service can reach you in case there is an issue.
  3.  Email address for us to reach you in case of any further communication required.

Returns

We regretfully do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order products except cases where:
 * The product is in it's original condition
 * The buyer assumes full return shipping costs
 
 In order to prevent dissatisfaction, please let us know in advance if you need a wider shoe.  We record the product pictures upon the time of shipping to ensure we send a flawless product and to prevent fraudulent disputes.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, our shoemakers start their work on made-to-order products. 

We'll email you a confirmation with tracking or customs numbers.

As of now we are collaborating long time experienced shoemakers in South Korea, so your product most likely be sent from South Korea. However, we may ship out to our office in Austrailia first and ship out indivisually so you can only pay domestic shipping fee if you are in Austrailia.
